Women’s Autumn Reset Step into a deeply nourishing space designed to support you as the seasons shift. This special day is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and gently reset your body, mind, and soul. As autumn calls us inward, we’ll focus on regulating and restoring the nervous system through soothing sound healing, nutrition, and mindful/spiritual practices. Surrounded by warmth, calming energy, and supportive community, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where true renewal can begin. Enjoy grounding experiences that nurture from the inside out, combining restorative rest, sensory sound journeys, and nourishing food to replenish your energy and create balance. This is your time to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself. Spaces are limited. ✨ Rest. Nourish. Reset. ✨

Cancellation Policy
We operate a NO REFUND policy. Please note, by booking, you accept that if you need to cancel your session/course or workshop that a refund cannot be issued. Rarely spaces can be transferred but only with adequate notice and if the space can be filled. Please do not book in for any sessions involving Sound Healing, should you suffer from Epilepsy, severe mental health illness such as bi polar, personality disorder, psychosis, have a pacemaker fitted or any electrical device. Please note these particular sound sessions are not suitable for pregnant women. If you are on any mind altering medication, please do not attend. If you attend a session and arrive late, please do not enter if there is a sign on the door stating 'SESSION IN PROGRESS'. When entering a session such as Sound Baths or Meditation, please come in quietly and find a space. There are enough yoga mats for everyone but do bring your own blankets and pillows as these are limited.
