Guided Meditation Evenings
Meditation is a powerful tool for enhancing mental clarity, focus, and positive thinking. It helps reset the nervous system—shifting the body from a state of "fight or flight" into the calming "rest and digest" mode governed by the parasympathetic nervous system. This transition supports feelings of calm, balance, and reduced anxiety.
Meditation can also lead to deep emotional and energetic releases as you begin to access and unlock parts of the mind and energy system that may have been suppressed. Everyone’s meditation journey is unique, and I work with each individual to discover an approach that fits naturally into their daily life and routine.
At present, I offer Guided Meditation Evenings, with some mindfulness workshops.
To help you feel as comfortable as possible during sessions, please bring anything you need—mats, cushions, blankets. While some items are available to use, quantities may be limited. Water and eye pillows/masks are provided.
Sound Healing / Sound Therapy
Sound healing can deeply soothe the nervous system by shifting your brainwaves from the alert Beta state into the more relaxed Alpha and Theta states. These sound frequencies work in harmony with the body, encouraging a sense of balance, calm, and inner alignment.
Because the body is composed mostly of water—which conducts sound efficiently—the vibrations can travel through your system to help release emotional blockages or physical tension. Many people report powerful experiences during sound baths, such as seeing colors, vivid memories, a floating sensation, or visions.
Simply lie back, relax, and let the sound waves wash over you.
As with meditation, please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable—mats, cushions, or blankets. I do have spares, though they may not accommodate everyone. Water and eye pillows/masks are provided.
Important Note:
Due to the strong vibrations of instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks, sound therapy is not recommended for individuals who:

Have a pacemaker or other heart device

Experience epilepsy

Have a severe mental health condition
If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

Available upon request, these development groups are designed for those looking to explore and deepen their connection to their spiritual gifts and intuition. A range of tools and techniques are used in a supportive and grounded environment to help you expand your awareness and inner wisdom.
Empath Awareness Workshops
These workshops are specifically for individuals who identify as highly sensitive or empathic, and may find it difficult to set boundaries or manage emotional overwhelm. Together, we explore topics such as:
