Service Description
A safe quiet space for you to quiet your mind and relax, allowing the sounds to do the work for you. Bathing you in an immersive sea of sound waves. Releasing feelings of anxiety , stress or pain. Please arrive no earlier than 6.45pm and no later than 7.05pm. Yoga mats, water and eye masks are provided, however please do try to bring your own pillows and blankets. * Please note these are now held on a Thursday from June to avoid congestion in the car park* These are also available for private groups, £20pp minimum of 5 participants at the same venue. Please get in touch to book a date.

Cancellation Policy
Please note when booking an event or course, payments are non refundable and only transferable if the space can be filled with 48 hours notice given to cancel. Please advise on booking any names of those you may be bringing along, plus any mobility/health issues that may be affected by the session. If you are joining a wellness day or workshop/course, please advise of any intolerances/food allergies. Please note these sessions are not suitable for those under 18 years of age.
