White Feather Training and Sound with Helen is a registered International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and Complementary Medical Association Training School. Each course has been accredited by the IPHM and personally written from my years and experience in these fields. The Sound Practitioner Course is also accredited by The CMA.
Students are treated as an individual. Each, has their own unique learning style which is established before each course so that we can create a better lesson plan to keep them engaged and focused. I encourage each student to find the teacher within themselves. I offer my guidance and experience, but together we learn from each other as equals. Courses are relaxed with no expectations, just a willingness to learn and to take that knowledge out to help either their own self growth and/or to help and encourage others
'A good teacher shows you where to look but not what to see'
It has always been my aim to encourage students to re-connect to themselves and not be afraid to offer their therapies in their own unique way. One size does not fit all.
With the Sound Bath evenings, it is important that each participant feels as relaxed as possible and it's my aim to encourage them to feel nurtured, held and bathed in the sound and energy that is being created for their highest good.
The Meditation evenings are designed for those at any level to come and unwind, using various techniques, mainly guided meditation, to become more present and aware of the current sensations, and to bring a sense of calm and balance back into the body and mind.
*Please note these meditations can incorporate spiritual themes, not associated with any religion, such as meeting your loved one or spirit guide. These Meditations are always divinely led and inspired on a spiritual level.
Empath awareness workshops are also available for those who feel they are highly sensitive to others energy and struggle around certain situations, people or environments.

Helen's Meditation Teacher Training course was incredible, we covered so many topics in and around Meditation that it filled me with confidence to be able to teach and lead my own class. We did some practice teaching in the group which was so beneficial to me. I loved how we got all the teachings in a booklet to take away so we can revisit what we learnt. The day itself was like a whole spiritual experience. It was a lovely and calming day of learning that didn't feel remotely like 'work'. I cannot recommend Helen's teaching highly enough! Payment/booking policy

Please note all courses now require a 50% non refundable deposit when booking and remainder is due one week before the course.

Deposits can be moved onto another date if you need to postpone, and fully refunded if your Training Provider needs to cancel your course.

Exchange can be made either through website or by Bacs. I can also take card payments for remaining balance.

All payments for Workshops/Sound/Meditation evenings will be requested in full, on booking.These are only refundable if the facilitator needs to cancel the event, or the space can be filled providing 48 hours notice is given.With adequate notice, the space may be transferable to the next available event/workshop.
